Q: Do you require a deposit

A: Yes, we require a 15% deposit on orders

Q: Is the deposit refundable

A: Yes, if you cancel 7 days before the event your deposit is refundable, if within the 7 days the deposit is not refundable but can be used for a future rental within 3 months from original date.

Q: What if there is a storm or it rains?

A :Big Top Bounce Will Not set up if the winds or wind gusts are to exceed 15 mile per hour on the day of your event. We do this for the safety of our clients. It is solely up to the costumers discretion if there is a chance of rain the day of your event and you would like us to "set it up anyways". If we set up payment is due with no refunds. If you choose to cancel the day of or before due to unexpected rain we totally understand and can use your deposit towards a future rental.

Q: How long to I have to reschedule if I have to cancel unexpectedly with in the 7 days?

A: You have 3 months from the date of your original event to reschedule.
