Delivery:

BTB proudly serves Kankakee, Will, Iroquois, and Grundy counties and portions of Cook, Ford, Kendall, and Livingston counties. We offer free local delivery on orders of $100 and more to Bourbonnais, Bradley, Kankakee, and Manteno. Everywhere within a 20 mile span of us is $3 a mile ( one way) from our Bourbonnais location. All deliveries are made between 7am and 12pm unless you're having an event at a specific venue that requires a certain delivery time. When booking online, you will be asked to pick a time that you would prefer for us to deliver your rental. These times are not a guarantee, just more of a window of when they'll be delivered, but we will do our best to meet them.

SET-UP:

Our BTB employees are trained on how to properly and efficiently set up the inflatable equipment and or rentals. The customer is responsible for making sure the area of which the inflatable will be set up that it's clear of animal feces, yard debris and any thing that could be a hazard to the inflatable. Please also make sure there is enough room above the inflatable. Cleared of tree branches, power lines, ect.

We set up on grass and or hard surfaces. We do not set up on gravel. We have stakes and sandbags for either one. The customer is responsible for knowing if there are utility lines , sprinkler systems, or any kind of lines, buried in the ground. Big Top Bounce is not liable for our stakes hitting anything under ground.

Safety is our number one priority at BTB. Where is, if the winds are above 15mph, we will not set up. If this happens, you will not be charged, and you can use your deposit on another day. However, once the inflatable is set up and paid for, there will be no refunds.

In the instance of acts of God, a rain storm, lightning, ect. There are NO refunds. It is the customers responsibility for watching the weather and determining whether to set up or not. If there is a small "pop up" storm during your party, our employees will direct you where the on/off switch is on the blower when setting up, so in the event that you have to turn the blower off for a short time while the storm passes, you won't have any worries on where it's located.

PICK-UP:

All of our rentals are next day pick up, unless rented out for multiple days. Our time of pick up is usually between 10 am and mid afternoon. It all depends on how many pick ups we have that day. In any event, we will call or send a text message if we are running behind. We also ask our customers to inflate the unit before we arrive so if there's still water in it, it will help with emptying the unit faster, and getting your yard back to normal again.
